Meloun Enables Clients to Better Serve Their Customers With Automated Programs
Meloun is an independent sales organization (ISO) in the Czech Republic that serves businesses with multiple locations. Meloun’s clients include Expert CR, Palac Flora Mall, Italfashion Diesel, Mediclinic and Porodes CZ Guess.
In 2008, Meloun wanted to streamline its gift, reward and loyalty programs using Opticard solutions. Updating and automating its offerings with Opticard’s programs, Meloun realized, would enable it to better serve its clients and their customers.
With Opticard’s products, Meloun was able to eliminate the paper-based gift certificate program, offering gift cards instead, as well as implementing an automated rebate program. By offering its clients the CLUB loyalty card, Meloun allows them to establish and expand customer relationships and loyalty.
Meloun currently uses the Hypercom T4220 and Ingenico iSeries, and the company performs its own teminal builds and downloads. Furthermore, Meloun handles all Level One support of the programs.
Since implementing Opticard’s gift, reward and loyalty programs, Meloun’s clients have streamlined their gift, reward and loyalty programs and realized several benefits, including increased revenue, higher transaction averages and an increase in customer shopping frequency.
