Thomas E. Dasenbrock, President

Tom began his business career at Xerox Corporation as a sales executive. He then joined First Data Resources (FDR) where he held the positions of Marketing Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager and Division President. Dasenbrock left FDR to join its founders in a new processing company, Service Data Corporation (SDC). While at SDC, he started Premier Cashlink, a provider of financial services to the casino and racetrack industries. Tom’s experience in marketing, sales and growing businesses will serve him well as he positions Opticard for dynamic growth.
Tom is a highly decorated Army veteran and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Keith Stradling, Executive Vice President

Keith Stradling has led the technology and software development activities of financial services technology suppliers and bank software development services to the POS industry since 1979. At Opticard, Stradling has the responsibility for all engineering, operations, product development and customer support.
Most recently, Stradling owned and operated e-Trans Consulting, which provided software development services to the POS industry. Prior to e-Trans Consulting, acquired by Opticard in 2006, Mr. Stradling managed a large team of development professionals and oversaw R&D and application development as Vice President of Software Engineering for Hypercom. Prior to his time at Hypercom, Stradling spent nearly 15-years creating applications and managing software development and IT projects for large banks, including Bank of America and Western Savings.
Troy Smith, Director of Account Management

A professional with over 15 years of customer service, customer support and operations experience, Troy Smith plays a vital role with Opticard’s new and ongoing client relationships. Troy directs the Account Management group responsible for the implementation and management of Opticard’s distributor and client accounts, as well as for their training. At Opticard, Mr. Smith also assists distributors and clients with program rollouts and marketing.
Mr. Smith attended Scottsdale Community College and Arizona State University, achieving an associate degree in network administration. Prior to Opticard, he worked for local and international companies providing customer relationship management, operations and operations support.
