Opticard’s loyalty programs allow customers to check account status online or by telephone in real time, 24 hours a day.

Opticard offers three main types of loyalty programs:

Point Rewards

This program allows customers to earn rewards or points based on their spending. You decide the award levels and how they should be redeemed. For example, points can be converted to a dollar value and added to the card for customer redemption, or they can be converted to product discounts or free goods and services.

Frequency Rewards

This program allows customers to purchase a predetermined number of items to receive a free or discounted item. For example, customers could purchase six cups of coffee and receive one cup free, earn a free appetizer, or receive a set of golf balls for every 20 hours of time on the golf course.

Discount Rewards

With this program, businesses can give customers an immediate, fixed discount if they present the card at the point of sale. Opticard also allows merchants to apply a rebate or refund to the card for future use. The discount rewards program allows retailers to offer substantial savings while tracking customer spending patterns and habits.
