Program Administration and Reporting
Opticard’s merchant Web application is a comprehensive online program administration tool that allows businesses to customize access, management and operation of their card-based programs. Businesses can perform batch activations and control system access by division, store, employee and more. The merchant Web application also enables retailers to access and download both summary and detail-level reports ranging from a one-day to 30-day period.
Opticard’s reporting tools allow you to easily track and evaluate the effectiveness of your prepaid and loyalty card-based programs. You can track all card transactions in real time by location, time period and program.
Opticard’s online reports include corporate reconciliation, corporate averages, daily activations and redemptions and transaction history. All reports are available online, and they can also be exported in data formats consistent with most accounting and report generation software.
Online Reports
Opticard’s online reports allow businesses to generate detail- or summary-level data in a report format. These reports can be generated via the merchant Web application, and a .CSV file can also be generated and then imported into a spreadsheet or database application.
Stand-Alone Terminal Reports
Reports available on stand-alone terminals include terminal and user reports. The terminal report provides daily totals of all stored-value transactions performed on the terminal for the current and previous day, broken down by transaction type. The user report provides totals for the specified user for the current and previous day, broken down by transaction type.
